ফিলিস্তিনের মুসলমানদের মতোই হত্যা ও নির্যাতনের শিকার হয়ে নিজ মাতৃভূমি থেকে উচ্ছেদ হচ্ছেন মিয়ানমারের রাখাইন রাজ্যের রোহিঙ্গা মুসলমানরা। ফিলিস্তিনিরা যেমন ইহুদিবাদী ইসরাইলের আক্রমণের মুখে স্বদেশ ছেড়ে পার্শ্ববর্তী দেশে শরণার্থী হিসেবে আশ্রয় নিতে বাধ্য হচ্ছেন, তেমনি রোহিঙ্গারাও পার্শ্ববর্তী বাংলাদেশসহ নানা দেশে আশ্রয় নিতে বাধ্য হচ্ছেন। ফলে এক সময়ের স্বাধীন আরাকান রাজ্যের অর্ধকোটি জনগোষ্ঠীর সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠ রোহিঙ্গারা মাতৃভূমিতে সংখ্যালঘু জাতিতে পরিণত হয়েছেন। এমনকি মিয়ানমার সরকার নাগরিকত্ব না দিয়ে রোহিঙ্গাদের বাংলাদেশ থেকে যাওয়া ‌‌‌'বহিরাগত' বলেও মিথ্যা অপবাদ দিচ্ছে। ফিলিস্তিনিদেরও একইভাবে অপবাদ দিয়ে তাদের দেশ দখল করেছিল ইসরাইল। ফলে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের ফিলিস্তিনের সঙ্গে সুদূর দক্ষিণ-পূর্ব এশিয়ার আরাকানের মুসলমানদের একই পরিণতি নিয়ে অনেকের মধ্যে বিস্ময় ছিল। অবশেষে ফিলিস্তিনি ও রোহিঙ্গাদের নিপীড়নের বিষয়ে ইসরাইল এবং মিয়ানমার কর্তৃপক্ষের নীতির মিল থাকার রহস্য উদ্ঘাটিত হয়েছে। জানা গেছে, রাখাইন রাজ্যে রোহিঙ্গা মুসলমানদের ওপর গণহত্যা চালানোর জন্য যেসব সামরিক সরঞ্জাম ব্যবহার করা হচ্ছে তা মিয়ানমারের সেনাবাহিনীকে সরবরাহ করেছে ইসরাইল। এ ছাড়া রোহিঙ্গাদের হত্যা-ধর্ষণ চালানোর জন্য অভিযুক্ত মিয়ানমারের সরকারি বাহিনীর সদস্যদের প্রশিক্ষণও দিচ্ছে মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের ইহুদিবাদী অবৈধ রাষ্ট্রটি। সোমবার মধ্যপ্রাচ্যভিত্তিক সংবাদমাধ্যম মিডলইস্ট আই ও ইসরাইলি দৈনিক হারেজের প্রতিবেদনে ইসরাইল এবং মিয়ানমারের এ আঁতাতের তথ্য প্রকাশিত হয়। মিডলইস্ট আই মানবাধিকারকর্মী ও মিয়ানমারের কর্মকর্তাদের বরাতে বলা হয়েছে, ইসরাইল মিয়ানমারের শতাধিক ট্যাংকসহ সামরিক অস্ত্র এবং নৌযান বিক্রি করেছে, যা দেশটির সীমান্ত পুলিশ ব্যবহার করছে। এ ছাড়া বর্তমানে রাখাইনে মোতায়েন রয়েছে এমন বার্মিজ বিশেষ বাহিনীকে প্রশিক্ষণের সঙ্গে জড়িত রয়েছে 'টার আইডিয়াল কনসেপ্টস'সহ ইসরাইলি সামরিক অস্ত্র ও সরঞ্জাম নির্মাতা প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো। মিয়ানরমারকে অস্ত্র সরবরাহের এ ঘটনাকে রোহিঙ্গাদের ওপর চলমান গণহত্যার প্রতি ইসরাইলের সমর্থন বলে অভিহিত করেন যুক্তরাজ্যের শিক্ষক পেনি গ্রিন। কুইন মেরি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের আন্তর্জাতিক রাষ্ট্রীয় অপরাধবিষয়ক উদ্যোগ ইন্টারন্যাশনাল স্টেট ক্রাইম ইনিশিয়েটিভের (আইএসসিআই) পরিচালক পেনি রোহিঙ্গাদর ওপর পরিচালিত যুদ্ধাপরাধের অভিযোগ নথিবদ্ধ করেছেন। তিনি বলেন, রোহিঙ্গাদের ওপর মিয়ানমারের গণহত্যা তীব্রতর আকার ধারণ করলেও তাদের অস্ত্র সরবরাহ বন্ধ না করার বিষয়ে মোটেই অবাক হওয়ার কিছু নেই। কারণ ইসরাইলের নিজেরই গাজায় ফিলিস্তিনি জনগণের ওপর সহিংসতা ও সন্ত্রাস করার নজির রয়েছে, যাতে প্রমাণ হয় যে ইসরাইলি সরকারের মানবাধিকারের বিষয়ে কোনো বিকার নেই। জানা গেছে, ইসরাইলের প্রতিরক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের সিবাত নামে পরিচিত আন্তর্জাতিক প্রতিরক্ষা সহযোগিতা দফতরের প্রধান মিশেল বেন বারুশ ২০১৫ সালের গ্রীষ্মে মিয়ানমার সফর করেন। তার এই সফরের খবরটি গণমাধ্যমে খুব একটা মনোযোগ পায়নি। এ সময় মিশেলের সঙ্গে বৈঠককালে মিয়ানমারের সামরিক জান্তাপ্রধানরা ইসরাইলের কাছ থেকে পেট্রল নৌযান ক্রয় করেন এবং আরও সামরিক সরঞ্জাম কেনার বিষয়ে আলোচনা করেন। এরপর ২০১৫ সালের সেপ্টেম্বর মাসে মিয়ানমারের সামরিক জান্তাদের অন্যতম জেনারেল মিন অং লাইংয়ের নেতৃত্বে একটি প্রতিনিধি দল অস্ত্র কেনার জন্য ইসরাইল সফর করে। তারা ইসরাইলের প্রেসিডেন্ট রিউভেন রিভলিন ও ইসরাইলি সেনাপ্রধানসহ সামরিক কর্মকর্তাদের সঙ্গে সাক্ষাৎ করেন। প্রতিনিধি দলটি ইসরাইলি সামরিকঘাঁটি পরিদর্শন করেন এবং প্রতিরক্ষা সরঞ্জাম সরবরাহকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান এলবিট সিস্টেমস ও এলটা সিস্টেমসের কারখানা পরিদর্শন করেন। টার আইডিয়াল ইসরাইলের বিতর্কিত সেনাবাহিনীর সামরিক প্রশিক্ষণ ও সরঞ্জাম সরবরাহকারী প্রতিষ্ঠান। ২০১৬ সালের আগস্ট মাসে প্রতিষ্ঠানটি নিজস্ব ওয়েবসাইটে মিয়ানমারকে অস্ত্র সরবরাহের কিছু ছবি প্রকাশ করে। এতে দেখা যায়, টারের কর্মকর্তারা মিয়ানমারের বিশেষ বাহিনীকে যুদ্ধের কৌশল ও বিশেষ ধরনের অস্ত্রের ব্যবহারবিধি শিখিয়ে থাকে। ওই ছবির বর্ণনায় বলা হয়, ইসরাইল নির্মিত কর্নার শট রাইফেল মিয়ানমারের বিশেষ বাহিনীর অভিযানে ব্যবহৃত হচ্ছে। এরপর অস্ত্র ক্রয় চুক্তির বিষয়ে আলোচনা করতে ইসরাইলি কর্মকর্তারা বেশ কয়েকবার মিয়ানমার সফর করেন। এদিকে গত জানুয়ারি মাসে মিয়ানমারের কাছে অব্যাহত অস্ত্র বিক্রি বন্ধের দাবিতে ইসরাইলের হাইকোর্টে একটি আবেদন করেন মানবাধিকারকর্মীরা। মার্চ মাসে এ আবেদনের প্রাথমিক শুনানিতে ইসরাইলের প্রতিরক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয় আদালতকে বলে, মিয়ানমারের কাছে অস্ত্র বিক্রির বিষয়টি আদালতের বিচারিক এখতিয়ারের বাইরে এবং এটি পুরোপুরি কূটনৈতিক বিষয়। চলতি সেপ্টেম্বর মাসের শেষের দিকে ইসরাইলের হাইকোর্টে মিয়ানমারের কাছে অস্ত্র বিক্রি বন্ধের আবেদনের ওপর ফের শুনানি হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে। উল্লেখ্য, ২৫ আগস্ট ভোররাত থেকে মিয়ানমারের রাখাইন রাজ্যে সীমান্তরক্ষী পুলিশের সঙ্গে আরাকান রোহিঙ্গা স্যালভেশন আর্মির (আরসা) সদস্যদের সংঘাত শুরু হয়। এরপর থেকে গত ১০ দিনে অন্তত ৪০০ নিহত হয়। এ ছাড়া প্রাণ বাঁচাতে এক লাখেরও বেশি রোহিঙ্গা পালিয়ে বাংলাদেশে আশ্রয় নিয়েছে। এসব শরণার্থীর মধ্যে বেশিরভাগই নারী ও শিশু।
